Youngest Schindler's list survivor to speak in Westlake
      The Conejo Jewish Academy will host a lecture titled "Little Leyson: The Youngest Schindler's List Survivor Tells His Story" at 8 p.m. Mon., Nov. 17 at the Hyatt Westlake Plaza Hotel, 880 S. Westlake Blvd. Westlake Village. Leib Lejzon was born in Poland. When he was 10 years old, he and his family were imprisoned in the ghetto in Krakow during the 1939 Nazi invasion.

Chabad presents Kosher Week
      The inaugural Conejo Valley Kosher Pickle Making Workshop will take place at 8 p.m. Mon., Nov. 10 at the Conejo Jewish Academy, 303045 Canwood St., Agoura Hills. The event includes a buffet spread of a variety of pickles, some flown in from the East Side of Manhattan, home of the Essex Street Pickles.
