Agoura Hills Dance Center marks 10-year anniversary

The Agoura Hills Dance and Performing Arts Center will celebrate its 10-year anniversary with a series of hiphop workshops from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sun., Nov. 9 at the dance studio, 5015 Cornell Road, Agoura.

Workshops will be taught by Anthony Thomas, choreographer of Janet Jackson's "Rhythm Nation" music video; Nick Zborowski, who has toured with Chyanne and Celine Dion; Marty Kudelka, choreographer for Justin Timberlake; Phlex, who has worked with Missy Elliott and Nelly; and Chuck Maldonado, choreographer for "Step Up 2 the Streets" and "Stomp The Yard."

The center will also host an open house and catered meals, including a champagne brunch, five-star lunch, juice bar, no-host bar, coffee and desserts. Minimal cost is $6 per meal.
