'Diary of a Dog Addict' author to appear

Randi Berger will host book signings for her new Writers Digest Inspirations Award-winning book, "My Recycled Pets: Diary of a Dog Addict" from 1 to 5 p.m. Sat., Nov. 1 and Dec. 6 at Barnes & Nobles in The Commons, Calabasas.

Berger is the founder of one of the first allvolunteer foster home pet rescues.

All of the net profits from book sales go to the nonprofit charity, Recycled Pets Rescue, now in its 21st year.
