Agoura Hills City Calendar

The city of Agoura Hills Department of Community Services announces its upcoming events. Unless otherwise noted, all events take place at the Agoura Hills Recreation Center, 30610 Thousand Oaks Blvd., Agoura Hills. For more information, call (818) 597-7361.

•A new MamaCare Group for parents and their children ages newborn to 3 will be held from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. Fridays through Dec. 19. Class began Oct. 24 but late registrations are accepted. Cost is $100. The group teaches what to expect of children at various developmental levels.

•The Community Concert Band will perform at 4 p.m. Sun., Nov. 2 at the Reyes Adobe Historical Site, 5464 Reyes Adobe Road, Agoura Hills.

•Teens ages 12 to 17 are invited to a trip to Knott's Scary Farm from 4:30 p.m. Sat., Nov. 1 to 1 a.m. Sun., Nov. 2. Parents can drop off and pick up their children at the Agoura Hills Recreation Center. Cost is $60 and includes admission, supervision and transportation. Registration deadline is 6 p.m. today, Thurs., Oct. 30.

•Friday Night Caravans for Kids will host a trip to Golf 'N Stuff from 6 to 10 p.m. Fri., Nov. 7. Cost is $20 and includes golfing. Children must bring a sack lunch.

•Daytime caravans for children ages 5 to 10 will be held Mon., Nov. 10 and Tues., Nov. 11. Monday will include a trip to FoFo Figgley's and LaserTag on Tuesday. Cost is $40.
