Agoura Hills

A burglar stole legal documents, $400 in cash and caused $200 in damages after breaking into a house in the 5260 block of Lewis Road Oct. 8.

Someone stole two diamond rings from a home in the 5400 block of Softwind Way Oct. 8. The loss was $6,500.

A thief stole three laptop computers and an iPod from a home in the 5560 block of Rock Tree Drive Oct. 3. The loss was $6,500.

Calabasas

A thief stole a $380 iPod from a vehicle parked in the 4600 block of Park Granada Oct. 9.

A burglar stole a $150 navigation system from a car parked in the 4600 block of Park Granada Oct. 8. Burglars also broke into another vehicle parked on the same street and stole a $50 wallet and a $210 duffle bag.

A thief stole four rings worth $1,500 from the bedroom of a home in the 22500 block of Charlestown Drive Sept. 22.

A shoplifter stole an 18-pack of beer worth $53 from a store in the 22270 block of Mulholland Highway Oct. 3.

A person stole a $1,400 laptop computer from a room in the 4500 block of Park Entrada Sept. 27.

Hidden Hills

A thief stole a wicker table and two chairs worth $350 from the front porch of a home in the 6020 block of John Muir Road Oct. 3.

Oak Park

An unlocked apartment was burglarized between 6:50 and 8:30 p.m. Oct. 14 in the 700 block of Skyridge Drive.

A burglar entered a home with intent to commit larceny between 10 a.m. and noon on Oct. 13 in the 1400 block of Forest Knoll Drive.

An arsonist set fire to property at Red Oak Elementary School between 4:45 and 5:10 p.m. Oct. 11. The damage was $100.

Westlake Village

Vandals caused $410 in damages to a chain link gate and pad lock in the 930 block of Triunfo Canyon Road Oct. 8.

Someone made $300 worth of fraudulent charges on a credit card belonging to a resident in the 5700 block of Lindero Canyon Road. The incident between Sept. 15 and 22.

Someone stole a $2,500 laptop computer and $800 worth of electronic equipment from a hotel room in the 31900 block of Agoura Road on Oct. 4.

A person stole $8 in cash and caused $550 in damages to a restaurant in the 30900 block of Russell Ranch Road Oct. 2.

A thief stole an iPod, a photo camera and accessories worth $5,200 from a vehicle parked in the 5780 block of Lindero Canyon Road Oct. 1.

A guest at the Dole Four Seasons Hotel in Westlake Village reported that someone stole $50,000 worth of jewelry. The incident could have occurred somewhere between her residence in New York and the local hotel between Sept. 11 and 13, the victim said.
