Classroom repairs needed now

If you were told that your roof was leaking and that it would cost you $5,000 to repair now, but if you choose to wait a few years you would run the risk of much bigger problems and possibly getting mold in your house.

If this was to happen you would need to move out for a while and the repairs could cost five times as much, you would make the repairs now. No brainer. Why would you not do the same for your children's schools.

Here's another scenario. You are responsible for a building with several hundred employees and you are told that your alarm systems are out of date and might fail putting the lives of those employees at risk. Being a responsible person you would make those repairs immediately. Why would you not do the same for your children.
