Healing Arts Center to host open house

Bodysattva Healing Arts Center will host an open house from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Sat., Oct. 18 at 1414 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd., Ste. 211, Thousand Oaks.

Along with the chiropractic, acupuncture and physical therapy services, the center has included a Movement Arts Center which features stateoftheart equipment and experienced staff, personalized programs and rehabilitative care.

The open house will offer complimentary sessions in Pilates, Gyrotonic, yoga, nia, Yoga for Youngsters and Yamuna Body Rolling.

The center is also collecting cellphones to recycle and phone cards to send to the troops overseas. Donations are being accepted for the Heart Touch Project and the new Pilates for Pink, a specialized postcancer surgery rehabilitative program supported by the American Cancer Society.
