Interfaith council celebrates Gandhi's vision

The Valley Interfaith Council, along with Power of Compassion, will host the annual Gandhi Day celebration at 4 p.m. Sun., Oct. 19 at St. Stephen's Lutheran Church, 15950 Chatsworth St., Granada Hills.

The theme is "60 Years: His Vision, Our Mission."

Activities include traditional Indian dances, songs, ballads, vacation raffle packages, and Indian cuisine served from local Indian food suppliers.

Peggy O'Neill will provide the keynote address.
