The move will translate into lower rates for customers when compared to the competition, the company says.

Raising the bar

New tenants are starting to fill Whizin's Market Square in Agoura Hills, the revitalized center adjacent to The Canyon club.

On Sun., Oct. 12 a grand opening is scheduled at The Bar Method, a lowimpact, isometricdriven workout studio at 28878 Roadside Drive.

The Bar Method founder, Burr Leonard, will be present and will teach classes at the opening. Snacks and refreshments will be offered.

The Bar Method was founded eight years ago in San Francisco. Agoura Hills is the latest franchise location, and the local owner is Jodi Conroy.
