Delgado and Armstrong catch on fast at bass tournament
      MASTER FISHERMEN— Doug Delgado, left, and Jeff Armstrong, both of Westlake Village, relax after winning first place in a bass fishing tournament at Lake Piru on Sept. 20. The pair caught five largemouth bass with a total weight of 19.08 pounds. Their biggest catch was 5.72 pounds. All fish were released.

      Nick Isham, QB, Westlake: When Ben Conlin went down with a shoulder injury against Hart in Week 3, Isham, a sophomore, stepped right in, and the Warrior offense didn't miss a beat. Isham completed 15-of-20 passes for 158 yards and three scores. He also led WHS with 74 rushing yards, including a 43-yard scamper to pay dirt in the second quarter.

The field for the 10th annual Chevron World Challenge, previously known as the Target World Challenge, was announced Monday at Sherwood.

Eagles, Lions match up for the first time this season
      Two powers will collide tonight when the Oaks Christian girls' volleyball team hosts its rival, Oak Park High, at 6 p.m. Entering Wednesday night's game against St. Bonaventure, Oak Park was 6-2 overall and 2-0 in the Tri-Valley League.
