Sheri and Jared Karp spent five consecutive days this summer in a seminar series regarding real estate in the current economy. The seminar offered coaching for experienced real estate agents working with clients in a challenging market, and focused on skills, systems and exposure of properties.

President Sheri Karp has listed three new properties priced to sell and has buyers seeking property in North Ranch, Agoura and Westlake. She manages both buyers and sellers. "I am a people person," she said. "I am diligent and it gives me great satisfaction to please my clients."
