Better traffic control needed On Thurs., Sept. 25 at 8:30 a.m.I was driving my usual route along Kanan Road from T.O. Boulevard to the 101 Freewway. The traffic was backed up beyond T.O. Bouelvard all the way to Laro. This is not even about the horrific 101 Kanan interchange. At Hillrise Drive there was a utility truck working on something that made the traffic light there a flashing red stop sign. Car after car inched forward along Kanan while nary a car came from Hillrise. Why wasn't there a traffic cop there waving most of the Kanan-ites through? Ian Taras Agoura Hills |
