Adam Ipatzi

In spring 2008, Prudential California Realty (PCR) held its awards banquet to honor its highest achievers from 2007. Adam Ipatzi, of PCR's Channel Islands/Oxnard Office, received a special recognition.

Every year, one agent from each of PCR's five offices receives what is referred to as the "Fish! Philosophy Award." Based on the book "Fish! A Remarkable Way to Boost Morale and Improve Results" by Stephen C. Lundin, Harry Paul, and John Christensen, the philosophy has been adopted and embraced by PCR. Brynne Bradbrook, General Manager of Affirmative Escrow, PCR's inhouse escrow department spearheads the annual "Fish!" award.

"The 'Fish! Philosophy Award' is based mainly on attitude...as in the one you choose each and every day," said Bradbrook. "It is based on how we choose to react to each event in our life. It is how we treat others. A person who is a recipient of the Fish! Philosophy Award is one who 'plays' well with others…goes out of their way to 'make another person's day' and is always there for others."
