Tickets available for Reyes Adobe Days

Tickets and entry forms are available for events during Reyes Adobe Days, Oct. 3 through 5.

•Fiesta at the Adobe, a senior luncheon, will be held at 11:30 a.m. Fri., Oct. 3 at the Reyes Adobe Historical Site.

The fiesta will feature Mexican buffet lunch, Spanish music, dancing and museum tours. Cost is $8. Seating is limited, and advance purchase is recommended.

•Hay Fever Teen Extravaganza for children ages 10 to 15 will be held from 7 to 10 p.m. Fri., Oct. 3. The event will feature a portable skate park, comedy sports, amusements and Sharkey's food truck. Cost is $12 in advance.

•Breakfast at the Adobe will be at 8 a.m. Sun., Oct. 5 adjacent to the Reyes Adobe Historical site Cost is $5 and includes a pancake and sausage breakfast.

•A Reyes Adobe Days 5K and Fun Run will be held on Sun., Oct. 5 adjacent to the Reyes Adobe Historical Site.

Cost is $15 in advance for the family run and $20 in advance for the 5K. Entry fee includes registration, T-shirt, pancake breakfast, health expo and awards to winners.

•Gymkhana will be held on Sun., Oct. 5 at the Old Agoura Equestrian Center. The event is open to all levels of riders. Cost is $6 per class or $25 all day. Equestrians must bring their own horses.

•Deadline for entering the Community Service Reyes Adobe Days Kid Writing Contest is Fri., Sept. 19. Las Virgenes Unified School District students ages 5 to 18 are invited to enter the contest.

Winners will participate in the Reyes Adobe Days Parade, receive prizes and read their entries during the event. Information is available at local schools.
