A male, 18, was cited for possessing a gravity knife at 4:30 p.m. Aug. 21 on Kanan Road, south of Agoura Road.

A thief stole a $500 air compressor, a $1,000 saw and other tools valued at $500 from a home under construction in the 28500 block of Fountain Place Aug. 25.

A resident living in the 5600 block of Kanan Road reported that a scammer tried to cash a $500 forged check on Aug. 24.

Vandals caused $700 in damages to a vehicle parked in the 29600 block of Strawberry Hill Drive Aug. 23.

A thief stole a $250 generator from a home under construction in the 28500 block of Fountain Place Aug. 21.

Vandals caused $300 in damages to a lamp post in the 28900 block of Burlson Street Aug. 15.

Calabasas

Someone stole an iPod from a car parked in the 26500 block of Agoura Road Aug. 24.

A thief stole a $600 digital video camera from an office in the 23600 block of Calabasas Road Aug. 22.

Oak Park

Spray-painted graffiti was discovered on the water tower in the 300 block of Savoy Court on Aug. 28.

A bicycle was stolen from an open garage between 11 a.m. and noon on Aug. 30 in the first block of North Kanan Road.

About $350 in property was damaged at Red Oak Elementary School on Aug. 21 or 22.
