Church to present class on anger management

Unity of the Oaks Church will present "Anger Management, A Gentle Approach" from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sat., Sept. 20 at the church, 1414 Thousand Oaks Blvd., Thousand Oaks.

Tracy James, certified life coach and hypnotherapist, will facilitate the program. She has appeared on the TV show "Decision House."

She works with people in addiction recovery, alternative health fields, and the areas of anger management and emotional regulations.

James will teach meditation and relaxation techniques, healthy communication, and the power of forgiveness.

A fee of $50 will include lunch.
