Tove LaRussa was recently awarded Prudential's Sales Professional eCertified Designation. Broker/owner Bob Majorino and Branch Manger Nancy Eke extended their congratulations to LaRussa, who is with the Thousand Oaks Regional office. ECertified designation is awarded to sales professionals who meet extensive criteria and complete the program training.

The program is designed to prepare agents with the technological and e-based skills necessary to serve the market and changing needs of today's consumer. It's an important step in delivering service to clients who are using the Internet for research.

"Being eCertified means that I have the knowhow and technical confidence to serve my clients online or through email and provide realtime information regarding my marketing strategies for their properties," said LaRussa.
