Acorn's Labor Day request

Labor Day on Mon., Sept. 1 causes deadlines to advance by 24 hours for the Acorn newspapers.

Real estate advertising must be reserved by 11 a.m. today. Letters to the editor and press releases are also due by 11.

Display advertising must be reserved by 11 a.m. tomorrow, Fri., Aug. 29.

Both offices of the Acorn newspapers will be closed on Labor Day.
