Agoura Hills

A male, 39, was arrested for providing alcohol to a minor and driving a vehicle without the owner's permission at 9:30 p.m. Aug. 6 on Agoura Road, west of Lost Hills Road.

Thieves stole a credit card reader from a gas pump in the 5100 block of Chesebro Road July 29. With the computer, suspects can retrieve credit and debit card information from previous transactions, authorities said.

Someone stole a $60 purse containing a wallet, $165 in cash and several credit cards from a home in the 27500 block of Country Glen Road July 29.

A thief stole a $3,000 photo camera from a person visiting Chumash Park July 29.

Someone stole three laptop computers, a gold necklace and a pillow case from a home in the 6200 block of Acadia Avenue July 28. The loss was $4,000. The culprit also caused $400 in damages to get into the residence.

A thief stole business paperwork from a vehicle parked in the 4000 block of Yankee Drive July 28. The items were later located on the side of Agoura Road.

Calabasas

Vandals caused $1,300 worth of damages to a vehicle parked in the 22500 block of Dardeene Street Aug. 3.

A shoplifter stole energy drink powder and a container of ice cream from a store in the 4700 block of Commons Way Aug. 2. The loss was $20.

A report alleging elder abuse was filed by a resident in the 23700 block of Mulholland Highway on Aug. 1. The bed-ridden victim said she is unable to care for herself and relies on a caretaker who left her alone for three days without food, water or medication.

A thief stole a $900 purse containing a $400 wallet, $400 in cash, credit cards, car keys and other goods valued at about $900, from a resident in the 2500 block of Prado De Azul. The incident occurred on July 30.
