      Agoura Hills A male, 39, was arrested for providing alcohol to a minor and driving a vehicle without the owner's permission at 9:30 p.m. Aug. 6 on Agoura Road, west of Lost Hills Road. Thieves stole a credit card reader from a gas pump in the 5100 block of Chesebro Road July 29.

Sheriff's Dept. DUI checkpoint in Agoura on Friday
      The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department will conduct a driver's license/DUI checkpoint from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. tomorrow, Fri., Aug. 22, in Agoura Hills. DUI checkpoints are conducted to get offenders off the street and to educate the public on the dangers of impaired driving.
