Non-union school employees object to fee

God bless Sherill McMichael, Sandy Moreno and Le Ann Christianson for having the chutzpa to stand up against something that many of us are being forced into.

As employees of Las Virgenes Unified School District, we are now required to pay an "agency fee" even though we've chosen not to join the classified employees union.

One way or another, our money is being siphoned out of our salaries whether we like it or not.

There are many reasons why an employee would choose to either join or not join a union. Having the choice thrust upon us is unfair. Joey Levin Calabasas
