Thank you, Jean Strauss Raffles, for voicing your view on the "no righthand turn" signal viewed when exiting the 101 Freeway to the Kanan Road offramp. I have been so mad because I got a ticket for turning there. I've never seen anything like it. The signal came on when I was in the middle of turning right, and I was stopped and ticketed. More ... As an Oak Park resident I travel south on Kanan to reach the 101 interchange. I daily see drivers breaking the law at the interchange. In their panic to get into the lane they want they, of course, not only endanger themselves but others as well. More ... As employees of Las Virgenes Unified School District, we are now required to pay an "agency fee" even though we've chosen not to join the classified employees union. More ... We wanted to let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed the entire evening. The setting was beautiful, elegant yet comfortable. The food was superb. Each course was a pictureperfect presentation. I am not to proud to admit that I had some level of excitement of being interviewed for immediate open positions by those that do the hiring.
