Youth volleyball league taking sign-ups

The United States Youth Volleyball League is accepting registration for the fall 2008 season.

The league will meet from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesdays and 10 to 11 a.m. Saturdays from Sept. 9 to Nov. 1 at Chaparral Elementary School, 22601 Liberty Bell Road.

The league provides a low pressure, structured environment where every child is given a chance to learn and play volleyball.

Volunteer opportunities for adults, including instructors, program coordinators and coaches, are also available.
