Acorn on a gold medal vacation

INTERNATIONAL DATELINE—Ed North of Westlake Village brings his Acorn newspaper to the center of Tianamen Square in Beijing, China for the 2008 Summer Olympic games. North reported that the local weather was "very warm and humid" as the games began under the watchful eye of Chairman Mao Tse Tung, whose portrait is seen hanging in the background.
