Local student named Regent Scholar

BRIGHT FUTURE—Monique Ambrose was recently named one of UC Santa Barbara's Regent Scholars, the highest honor awarded to incoming students at the university. Ambrose will be attending the College of Creative Studies at UCSB, referred to as "a graduate school for undergraduates." She was valedictorian while attending Agoura High School.
