A new meaning to flying first class

Meals served with fine china, crystal, and silverware, for starters

Westlake Village residents Ed and Lynn Hogan announce the creation of POSH Private Jet Holidays, which features vacation packages from Van Nuys Airport to their 27-acre Royal Lahaina Resort on Maui's Kaanapali Beach.

POSH is a private jet charter program that provides luxury transportation for elite business travelers, celebrities, and sports figures anywhere in the world.

The Hogans recently purchased a new, state-of-the-art Gulfstream G450. The 14passenger jetliner is one of three aircraft in the fleet of Pleasant Aircraft Leasing Inc., which provides transportation for their travel service.

"Whatever our customers' requests, we offer exceptional concierge and onboard services and amenities, including a selection of onboard games, CDs, DVDs, reading materials, and other entertainment options," said Ed Hogan. "Passengers can even watch the progress of their flight with the onboard navigation system. With all of the extras we offer, commercial first class is not even close."

Meals are catered to order and served on quality china, fine Baccarat crystal and Cristofle silverware. The bar is stocked with the passenger's favorite refreshments and is open throughout the flight, with a cabin attendant on call at all time.

The aircraft flies above normal commercial aircraft traffic, offering a smooth ride above the clouds. Passengers can drive up to the aircraft shortly before departure, avoiding security and other delays.

The PAL private jet fleet operates from Clay Lacy Aviation at Van Nuys Airport near Los Angeles. Lacy has the largest charter company on the West Coast, handling aircraft maintenance, pilot scheduling, ground services, and more for over 40 years. Clay Lacy Aviation is certified by the Department of Transportation as a charter operator.
