Workshop to empower teen girls The nonprofit organization Girl's Empowerment Center is hosting a workshop for teenage girls from 4 to 6 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from Aug. 11 to 22. The workshop, aimed at counseling girls from 13 to 18, will be at the Girl's Empowerment Center, 2500 Townsgate Road, Ste. H in Westlake Village.
