Acorn Bits •Week-long tennis camps will be held during the week of Aug. 4 for ages 5 to 16, sponsored by the city of Agoura Hills. Camp will be held at Agoura High School, 28645 W. Driver Ave., from 9 a.m. to noon. The cost is $150. •Registrations are being accepted for Sports Club Basketball for ages 6 to 10. Camp runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Aug. 11 to 15 at Sumac Elementary School, 6050 Calmfield Ave. The cost is $175 for the entire week. •The city of Agoura Hills and The Acorn present the fourth and final show in the Concerts in the Park series for summer 2008. "Face to Face: A tribute to Billy Joel & Elton John" will perform at 6 p.m. Sun., Aug. 3 at Chumash Park, 5550 Medea Valley Drive, Agoura Hills. The concert is free. Calabasas •The Kiwanis of Calabasas-Agoura are sponsoring a free play date for all children of all abilities from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sat., Aug. 2, at Brandon's Village, the universally accessible playground at Gates Canyon Park, 25801 Thousand Oaks Blvd., Calabasas. The day will include integrated play, face painting, arts and crafts, entertainment, and treats. Families may bring a sack lunch. The play date is an activity of Brandon's Buddies, a free children's club that meets every month at Brandon's Village and gives children with disabilities the opportunity to play with their peers.
