Sayrelyn's Caters to Customers on the Go

Sayrelyn's Culinary Classics is making dinner easier for Conejo Valley families with their newly launched Fresh Cuisine and No Minimum Saturdays.

Already known and respected for their delicious recipes that customers prepare, Sayrelyn's is catering to busy families by offering fresh meals ready for pick up during regular business hours. No reservations are necessary.

Every week three or four main entrees are assembled and ready to be taken home and cooked that same night for dinner.

"Our busy community needs a healthy alternative to fast food. My goal is to offer families a fast, easy and nutritious alternative for dinner on nights when cooking a meal from scratch just isn't an option," says chef and owner Sharon Simpson.

Simpson, who has a gluten allergy, is aware of the many challenges with meal preparation and is able to substitute most of the entrees with gluten-free products.

For those clients who enjoy customizing and preparing their own meals but forgot to schedule a session or don't want to make the usual six or 12 meals, Sayrelyn's is now offering No Minimum Saturdays. No reservation is necessary. Customers may stop in between 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. the last Saturday of every month and make as many or as few meals as needed. Choices are limited to stock on hand.

Simpson said, "We piloted our No Minimum Saturday a month ago, and it's been such a hit with our clients that we are making it a regular addition to our services."

Sayrelyn's Culinary Classics is a family owned and operated meal preparation business in Oak Park. A new menu of chef-created meals is offered every month for clients to choose from and prepare themselves. Also offered are pickup and delivery options for clients who cannot get in to make their own meals.

Fresh Cuisine is a non-frozen option for busy families needing last minute meal choices.
