Campers save the world one piece of cake at a time
      A DELICIOUS LESSON- Above, First Neighborhood Day Camp director Nicole Ross, left, chats with campers on Wednesday as they look over a huge cake. The cake was one of the activities during Save the World Week. Each camper got to make a small piece of the cake to help illustrate that even doing small things can add up to make a big difference.

Students get firsthand look at China
      Nineteen of Viewpoint School's Upper School students recently returned from a twoweek educational exchange in China, which included visits to Beijing, Xian and Shenyang. After a few days of sightseeing in Beijing and Xian, the students participated in a four-day learning exchange with the freshman class at Shenyang Normal University in Manchuria.

Dance teams win trip to Hawaii
      THEY GOT THE BEAT- The Agoura High School JV and Varsity Competition Dance teams strike a pose around their Superior Award at the USA Dance Intensive Camp at California Lutheran University. The teams have been invited to perform at the NFL Pro Bowl halftime show in Hawaii.

Lindero sports camp in its 15th year
      Lindero Kids Summer Sports Camp is celebrating its 15th year of providing camp experience to children ages 4 to 14. With camp safety as Lindero's main motivation, campers will be accounted for by trained counselors. There is a low campertocounselor ratio.
