Prior to winning to winning the North Region Distict Championship on July 4, the Agoura Mustang A (under 10) Pony Baseball team also won the Las Virgenes Tournament on June 29. Beginning today, the two leagues will host the fourth annual Strike Out Lou Gehrig's Disease Tournament, which lasts through the weekend. More ... A group of men and women are enjoying themselves on a local ballfield thanks to an adult softball league organized by the Goebel Senior Adult Center in Thousand Oaks. The league consists of players 50 years or older who meet on Tuesday and Friday mornings for pickup games and on Wednesday nights for organized league contests. More ... I have to be honest. BIG WIN FOR WAGS- The Westlake-Agoura Girls Softball (WAGS) U-8 Alpha team capped off its amazing season by winning all four games they played at the state tournament in Rancho Bernardo July 11-13.
