A burglar stole a pair of prescription eyeglasses, a computer memory stick and various CDs with a total value of $1,300 from a vehicle parked in the 28900 block of Oak Creek Lane on July 5. The culprit also caused $1,500 in damages while attempting to break in.

Vandals caused $100 in damages to property in the 5800 block of Larboard Lane July 4.

A burglar stole $90 worth of alcohol and caused $100 in damages to a door at a business in the 5100 block of Lake Lindero Drive July 4.

Vandals caused $500 in damages to a vehicle parked in the 30800 block of Agoura Road June 28. On the same day a vehicle parked in the 5800 block of Wheelhouse Lane incurred similar damages.

Calabasas

Someone stole a $2,000 laptop computer from the bedroom of a home i n the 23300 block of Park Mariposa July 5 . According t o the sheriff's report, the incident may have occurred while a party was taking place at the home.

A resident in the 4000 block o f Prado De Los Zorros reported being the victim of identity theft. The information needed to commit the crime was stolen in January when the person's vehicle was burglarized. Since then, $20,000 worth of cash advance charges have been made to a credit card belonging to the victim, who reported the incident on July 5.

A burglar stole $600 worth of music CDs from a vehicle parked in the 1900 block of Las Virgenes Road July 5. There were $400 in damages.

Someone in the 2700 block of Sparrow Dell reported receiving threatening phone calls July 5.

Oak Park

A female, 32, was cited for possessing a controlled substance without a prescription and for driving with a suspended license at 6:20 a.m. July 6 at the intersection of Kanan and Deerhill roads.

A burglar split the door frame at a home in the 6600 block of Oak Springs Drive July 4, but was unable to enter. The burglar then damaged a vehicle in the driveway by kicking the door panels and denting the hood.

Westlake Village

A shoplifter stole a video camera and various other goods from a store in the 5700 block of Lindero Canyon Road July 6.

An argument between two drivers at the 5600 block of Lake Lindero Drive July 5 turned into a case of road rage when one person spat in the face of the other. The victim made a citizen's arrest.

A thief stole a $10,000 cargo trailer and three electric generators valued at $9,000 from a parking lot in the 4300 block of Park Terrace Drive July 3.

A thief stole a purse from a desk at a business in the 31400 block of Agoura Road on July 3 and attempted to use the victim's debit and credit cards.
