A person reported finding a bracelet valued at about $100 in the 27000 block of Agoura Road on June 27. A thief stole $80 in cash from the bedroom of a home in the 5500 block of Old Salt Lane June 26. Burglars stole a $4,000 laptop computer and other electronic accessories worth about $250 from a locked vehicle parked in the 30100 block of Agoura Road June 26. Someone caused $150 in damages and stole a cellphone valued at $400 from a car parked at the intersection of Mulholland Highway and Las Virgenes Road on June 26. Burglars stole a laptop computer worth $4,800 and two personal music devices worth $600 from a vehicle parked in the 27500 block of Endeavor Street between May 3 and 4. Calabasas Vandals caused $800 in damages by shattering a glass window at a business in the 24000 block of Ventura Boulevard June 29. The culprits ransacked the office, but nothing was immediately reported stolen. A thief took a $3,000 navigation system from a vehicle parked in the 4700 block of Commons Way June 26. Vandals caused about $550 in damages to the bathroom of a gas station in the 4800 block of Las Virgenes Road June 25. Oak Park Two 18-year-old males were charged with prowling after snooping around the front and back yards of several homes in the 6000 block of Larkellen Court, attempting to open doors and looking into windows. The incident occurred June 28 around 2 a.m. A person's home was burglarized between 5 and 10 p.m. June 23 in the 6200 block of Deerbrook Road. Westlake Village Vandals caused $200 in damages to a mailbox in the 30800 block of Overfall Drive July 1. A thief stole two bronze sculptures valued at more than $18,000 from the Four Seasons Hotel on Dole Drive June 30. Vandals caused $1,000 in damages driving on the lawn at Bernice Bennett Park in the 31600 block of Village Center Road June 26. There was $1,000 in damages to the lawn at Three Springs Park on the same day. An insurance card that was found on the ground where one of the incidents occurred led police to discover that the vehicle used in the crime had been reported stolen on June 25. Someone reported finding a leather purse on the ground next to a car in the 5700 block of Lindero Canyon Road June 26.The purse contained a gold-colored watch, but no identification was inside. |
