Seminar on healthcare costs

A free seminar on healthcare costs will be held Thurs., July 17 from 9 to 10 a.m. at The Oaks mall near the Macy's Women's store on the lower level, 350 W. Hillcrest Drive, Thousand Oaks.

Attendees are asked to enter the mall on the south side near the Johnny Rockets restaurant.

Gerald W. Arcuri, vice president of the Hospital Association of Southern California, will discuss the financial crisis facing healthcare, what California hospitals are doing about it, and how it impacts individuals.

Reservations are not necessary, but appreciated by calling (805) 370-4092. Refreshments will be served.

The seminar is part of Health Chat, a free community health education outreach program sponsored every third and fourth Thursday morning of the month by Los Robles Hospital in conjunction with The Oaks.
