Support Scout toy drive

In the Cool of the Night Girl Scout day camp, hosted by Las Virgenes Service Unit, is holding a toy drive for Childrens Hospital Los Angeles from 1 to 7:30 p.m. through Fri., July 11 at Chumash Park, 5550 Medea Valley Drive, Agoura Hills.

Donations of age-appropriate toys and clothing for children ages infant to 12 years will be accepted. All donations should be brand-new, in original packaging and unwrapped.

Toys donated will be used to stock a toy room at the hospital where recuperating children can go to play with their families and other children staying at the hospital. Those not well enough to leave their beds will be given toys that can be played with while bedridden.
