THOUSAND OAKS City of Thousand Oaks presents Fireworks Spectacular, 5 to 10 p.m., Janss Marketplace, Hillcrest Drive & Moorpark Road. No Duh (No Doubt tribute band), Early McCallister in concert, 6:30 to 9 p.m. Live DJ 5 to 10 p.m. Fireworks 9 p.m. Balloon twister, face painting, bounce house. Janss merchants sell food. Access to parking structure rooftop begins 4 p.m., limited to first 2,500 guests. Conejo Recreation & Park District presents Conejo Pops Orchestra in concert with Sherwood Singers, 5 p.m., natural ampitheater, Conejo Community park, 1175 Hendrix Ave., Thousand Oaks.
