Mark Dilbeck, president of Dilbeck Realtors congratulated Sally Varga, a sales partner with the Westlake Village office, for being named the Second Place Westlake Village Office Associate of the Year, and receiving the Award of Excellence at the firm's recent Appreciation Celebration held at the Odyssey Restaurant in Granada Hills.
