16-acre office center coming to Calabasas

Construction is underway on a new Class A, three-story office building in Calabasas, according to Lincoln Property Company, the developer of the 51,650squarefoot property.

The new building, scheduled for completion in October, represents the final phase of the developer's 375,000-square-foot, eight-building office campus.

The 16.2-acre site on Agoura Road was acquired by the Dallas-based Lincoln company in November 2006.

All of the properties at Corporate Center Calabasas are designed for multitenant use and intended for regional, national and international occupants.

The center provides tenant occupancy options ranging from 1,000 square feet to 51,650 square feet.

Oltmans Construction Company's Thousand Oaks office is the project general contractor and Neal Scribner, an architect from Thousand Oaks, designed the building.
