Japanese Americans' military service honored


COUNTRYMEN- Pat Noriyuki Morita, right, appears in "Only the Brave," a feature-length movie about Japanese Americans who served in the United States military in World War II. The Ventura County Japanese American Citizens League will host a screening of the film at 2 p.m Sun., July 13 at the Teledyne Auditorium, 1049 Camino Dos Rios in Thousand Oaks. The cost is $7 for VCJACL members, $10 for others and $5 for students with identification. A question and answer period will follow the film.
