The Acorn honor role

Christina Lamb, a senior from Westlake Village, has been honored by Wagner College in Staten Island, N.Y., with the Dr. Donald W. Spiro Award for Best Academic Achievement. It is the top award given by Wagner College to a graduating senior.

Lamb also won the Kevin Sheehy Award in Biology.

Lamb, a biology major, is a member of the Beta Beta Beta biology honor society, the Pre-Health and American Medical Student associations, and the Wagner Christian Fellowship.

Lamb was salutatorian of her class and has been accepted into the doctorate program in the biomedical sciences at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
