Joel Reznick

The Reznick Group at Aviara Real Estate salute the newest broker to their group Joel Reznick.

Joel, son of Allen and Joy Reznick, marks his 6th year in the industry as a Realtor.

Only a small percentage of licensed Realtors meet the standard of the Department of Real Estate Broker exam. Reznick, who also has a business degree from Cal Lutheran, now enters the bunch of agents carrying the title of Broker.

His business background and computer knowledge has enabled him to soar to the top of the field in production. Always striving to excel with his commitment to his clients, he adds a dimension of client security, a Broker's license.

In Reznick's commitment to raising the bar within his profession, his willingness to share his computer knowledge shines through. He is Chair of the Internet Committee for the Conejo Valley Association of Realtors. He also serves the Ventura County Regional Data Share Multiple Listing Service Users Committee, which examines technology and MLS systems and makes recommendations for change. He is also responsible for overseeing the development of their website and Aviara's company website.

His approach to giving back is in his character. He has the knowledge base to seek out tools, acquire information and pass it on to The Reznick Group, Aviara and CVAR.
