Champion herder wins competition
     RUBBING NOSES- Cece Worrall Rubin's border collie Luke, left, takes a moment to say hello to his brother Sport, a champion herder. Luke, trained by Ted Ondrak in Moorpark, recently won his first herding title in American Kennel Club competition. Rubin and her dogs will participate in the Irish Fair on Sat. and Sun., June 21 and 22 in Irvine.
