Chad Mitchell

Chad Mitchell was welcomed to Prudential California Realty's Moorpark office by Broker/owner Bob Majorino and Manager Dave Ward.

Living in Moorpark since 1980, Mitchell has seen its many stages of residential and commercial development, can still remember when his house was surrounded by orchards and the nearest major grocery store was in Simi Valley. Now that Moorpark has grown to a population of over 36,000 people, he still enjoys making this city his home.

Having worked in the real estate business for the past ten years, Mitchell has been able to determine what is effective in buying and selling homes. He provides prospective buyers and sellers with an extensive amount of information about the community from his personal experience. He has witnessed these homes being built, attended these schools, walked in these parks, eaten in these restaurants, and shopped at these stores.

He strives to break the real estate agent stereotype by not subjecting his clients to the typical sales mentality. "After all, I live here as well and don't want people to feel as if they have to dodge me when our paths cross."

Mitchell is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and the Multiple Listing Service. He has been rained in Real Estate Financing, Real Estate Principles in California, and Real Estate Practice.
