Design Center gains momentum

Adler Realty Investments Inc. said three new tenants are coming to the 120,000-square-foot Agoura Design Center.

Westpoint Furniture Design Center, the Mattress Store and the Power of Home have signed lease agreements and will open soon, the Woodland Hills-based broker said.

The 7acre furniture retail complex on Canwood Street between Chesebro and Kanan roads is one of the largest highend retail furniture centers in Southern California.

Last month, tenants Ethan Allen, Berks Luxury Outdoor Furniture and Keyboard Concepts opened their doors for business.
