Spring standouts being honored in TVL, Marmonte

The high school season may be over, but award season is just getting underway.

Area athletes are now being honored for their work during the spring sports campaign.

In the Tri-Valley League, Oak Park High senior Adam Quinn is the MVP of boys' volleyball. His dad, Patrick Quinn, is the Coach of the Year.

Oak Park also netted a coMVP award in softball, where Julia Rica and Jen Colquhoun split the honor.

In boys' golf, Oak Park's Bruce Beck was named Coach of the Year.

Oaks Christian's Eric Hawkins and Michael Lee are the top doubles team in boys' tennis, while Stephan Abraham is the Coach of the Year.

In the Marmonte League, Calabasas' Greg Selarz is the Pitcher of the Year for baseball.

Westlake's Jenna Becerra is a co-Pitcher of the Year in softball.

Brandon Hagy of Westlake is the MVP of boys' tennis.
