Terry Holland

The award for Top Listing Agent and for Top Producer from Prudential California Realty's North Ranch/Westlake Village office for March 2008 went to Terry Holland. He also took this double award in January and February.

He would not have been able to achieve these accolades without his more than two decades of experience as a Realtor and his familiarity with this area. Holland is a donor and participant in Prudential California Realty's annual golf tournament, which benefits local high school scholarship programs. He was also the cochair of the David C. Fainer Award's dinner in 1999 and Board of Directors, 2000 for Ventura County Medical Resources Foundation.

Holland represents clients in Agoura Hills, Westlake Village, Lake Sherwood, Hidden Valley, Thousand Oaks, Newbury Park, Camarillo, Moorpark, Wood Ranch and Simi Valley.
