Sales partner,Stacy Richardson was once again named Dilbeck Realtors GMAC's Westlake Village Office Associate of the Year, and was congratulated by Dilbeck President, Mark Dilbeck, at the firm's annual Appreciation Celebration held at the Odyssey Restaurant in Granada Hills. "This is not a new honor for Stacy," said Dilbeck, "she has earned this title every year since joining us back in 2000."

Richardson has maintained her position on the President's Council for the past seven years as well as being a winner of the Award of Excellence each year. Last year, she also received the Raymond T. Dilbeck Memorial Award for exemplifying character and a commitment to family, both personal and professional.

Richardson has been honored over the past seven years by GMAC, being a member of the GMAC's President's Circle of Excellence and being named the Number 5 Agent in the nation.
