New Gym Springs Into Action

Junior Gym, home of Lyons Gymnastics Academy, announces the opening of a second location in the North Ranch Pavilions shopping center with a ribbon cutting ceremony on May 20.

On hand were Agoura Hills Mayor John Edelston, Agoura Hills City Councilmember Dan Kuperberg, Westlake Village City Council member Mark Rutherford, Junior Gym head coach Corinne Moore, and Junior Gym owners Al, Denise and Sarah Lyons.

Lyons Gymnastics Academy is a Junior Gym's competitive team program developed by Olympic medalist Betty Okino in 1998.

The academy offers instruction from 15 months to 18 years for every skill level, a competitive preteam and team program, private lessons and birthday parties.

The gym is at 1145 Lindero Canyon Road in Thousand Oaks.
