Kookie Krazy will open a new "create your own cookie" retail franchise on Sat., May 31 in the Janss Marketplace, 215 N. Moorpark Road, Thousand Oaks.

Kookie Krazy offers six kinds of dough and more than 40 addin toppings. Customers mix in their own ingredients to make a large cookie in any shape they want. After a 12-minute baking/ cooling cycle, cookies are ready for decoration.

Other products include kookie dough-to-go kups, magic kookie bars, create-your-own ice cream sandwiches and milkshakes, pre-made cookies, gift packages and merchandise. The shop also provides in-store entertainment, including family movies, video games and music.

A private room is available for parties and special events. Off-site parties can be arranged. Phone and online ordering are also available.

Mark Boos Benhard and Jim Kelley, who live in the Agoura Hills/Westlake Village area, are the business co-founders.
