Shirley Richards

Richards works for the Westlake Village Regional office which has approximately 200 fulltime agents. Additionally, she placed in the Top 100 category for Coldwell Banker Southern California which has more than 124,000 agents according to branch manager Frances Lewis.

Every year Richards has been affiliated with Coldwell Banker, she has been the office's top agent for closed sales. When the office location was previously called Fred Sands and Brown Realtors she was frequently the year's top agent.
